Welcome to the November Edition of Tower News

With the holiday season approaching it’s the time of year when we think about turning over a new page and letting bygones be bygones.

If you haven’t got anything planned, now might be a good time to think about a little festive, socially distanced get together for owners and residents. I think most people can agree that it has been a long year and an end of year get together can be a good way of setting the table for good relations for the next twelve months.

Unfortunately, it’s not always easy for people to get along in strata and so for those who can’t, this month’s newsletter looks at how scheme who can’t see eye to eye can sit at the same table together and get things done.

Elsewhere in this issue:

  • Who should be copied in on emails.
  • Decision making structures in body corporates.
  • Responsibility for maintaining painting.

As ever, don’t forget to contact us if you have a strata question or if you want any topics covered in the newsletter. Follow the social links at the bottom of the newsletter or mail us at info@towerbodycorporate.com.au.

Kind Regards,

The Tower Body Corporate Team

Tower Body Corporate
Strata Living is great when everyone gets along, but sometimes owners don’t see eye to eye. Fortunately, there is no requirement to be friends, so when things get heated, consider these steps.
