Merry Christmas from Tower

December 2021 Newsletter

Welcome to the December edition of Tower News.

Finally, it’s the end of what has been, for many, another long year. 2021 was more cheerful than the year that proceeded it but with Covid disruptions continuing across the last twelve months most of us will be hoping that 2022 brings some return to normality.

In the Tower offices, we are due to take our annual end of year break. The office will be closed from December 18 to January 4 but if you need any emergency assistance during that time, please call 0427 125 656 for assistance.

In the newsletter this month, we take a look at the options for owners if they do face an emergency situation when the usual lines of assistance aren’t available. Committees might want to consider if communication should go out to owners to let them know what to do if the worst happens.

Hopefully, everyone has a safe and enjoyable break. From all the team in the Tower offices, we’d like to say thanks to all of our customers for the help and support over the last year and we look forward to seeing you in 2022.

  • What do you need to know about EV charging?
  • How much notice should be given to turn off the water?

Sign up for Levies and Notices via Email

We continue to encourage as many owners as possible to sign up to receive levies and notices by email. Unfortunately, the post is slow and inconsistent at the moment while emails are fast and guaranteed. Signing up also helps save your plan money as distribution costs lower. We need to receive notification in writing to make the change 'Please send my notices/levies by email' is sufficient.

Use this button ↓ to advise your body corporate manager or mail our general inbox at info@towerbodycorporate.com.au.
