Dispute Mediation

It is inevitable that there may come a time when people living in a close community will not agree.

  • It could be disagreement with a Committee decision, or with the way something is being managed.
  • It may be that Lot Owners want enforcement of a by-law which is being contravened.
  • Or at times, one or more Lot Owners may have an issue with another Lot Owner.

To maintain harmony and compliance, we ensure that disputes are handled quickly and in line with the dispute process outlined in the Body Corporate & Community Management Act.  This process covers 3 steps, and our goal is to help parties to resolve the issue within the process defined in Step 1.
