With a background in Information Management, LookUpStrata and Tower Body Corporate have helped Nikki realise her mission of providing all Australians with detailed, practical, and easy-to-understand strata information.

Will Marquand joined the Tower team as a General Manager and Senior Strata manager in 2020. A licensed strata manager, he has extensive experience in all forms of commercial, industrial, and residential schemes.
A former journalist and teacher, Will is also a regular contributor to LookUpStrata as both a writer and webinar presenter. He believes in proactive, ethical strata management and hopes to provide Tower’s customers with the knowledge and support required to take their schemes forward into the next generation of body corporate management.
Kelly joined Tower Body Corporate in 2009 and has played a leading role in establishing the company’s values and reputation.
She worked as a body corporate manager until 2020 when she became Tower’s Head of Administration and Finance. Kelly has a Diploma in Business Management and Xero and a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations).
With exceptional attention to detail, Kelly prides herself on providing fast, efficient, and helpful customer service, which helps her build an excellent rapport with her customers.
Samantha joined Tower Body Corporate in August 2021, bringing with her over 14 years of experience in the property management industry. Her deep knowledge of properties across Southeast Queensland has made her a valuable asset in the body corporate sector.
Specialising in small schemes, Samantha manages a portfolio of buildings with fewer than 20 lots. She is dedicated to ensuring each strata plan she oversees is a well-maintained and high-performing asset for its owners.
Samantha’s role includes coordinating major works projects, facilitating meetings, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. Known for her proactive approach and attention to detail, she is committed to delivering exceptional service and support for her customers.
Aimee Avery joined Tower Body Corporate in 2023, bringing 17 years of experience in the body corporate industry.
Over the years, she has filled multiple roles, including working as an assistant and in creditor, compliance and insurance departments, before graduating to the manager’s role in 2020. Her diverse experience gives her an in-depth understanding of body corporate customers and issues.
Aimee manages a wide range of properties, focusing on building great relationships and making community living as smooth and harmonious as possible. She is committed to simplifying the day-to-day management of bodies corporate, ensuring the challenges of communal living are more efficient and manageable for everyone involved.
Amy joined Tower Body Corporate in 2024, bringing with her over 17 years of experience in the property industry. She has worked as a body corporate manager since 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Hotel Management.
Amy manages a portfolio of medium to large residential schemes and enjoys the variety that each day in strata management brings. She values the challenge of problem-solving and takes pride in helping clients build harmonious, well-functioning communities.

Laura joined the strata industry over 10 years ago after working across various roles in property and facilities management. Her transition into strata was a natural progression, allowing her to combine her organisational strengths with her passion for building strong client relationships and well-run communities.
Laura has managed a wide range of schemes, from small residential blocks to more complex developments. Her broad experience and proactive approach ensure that each property is maintained to a high standard and that stakeholders feel supported every step of the way.
She enjoys the dynamic nature of body corporate management and takes pride in helping committees and owners navigate the challenges of communal living with clarity and confidence. Her goal is to make strata living simple, transparent, and stress-free for all involved.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys life with her husband, three kids, their dog, and seven chickens. She loves beach walks, sunrises, and hunting down the perfect coffee.
Jothee joined Tower Body Corporate in early 2025 with a strong background in administration, operations, and team coordination, gained from over nine years of experience supporting global teams.
At Tower, she is responsible for managing core administrative tasks such as processing invoices, organising Annual General Meetings, and distributing meeting notices and minutes. With a keen eye for detail and efficiency, Jothee brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement to every task she handles.
