With over 13 years of experience in the strata industry, Nikki is committed to continuing the legacy established by her father, Allan Clair. While her husband, Ian, is also a part owner, he will not be actively involved in the company’s operations.

Founded in 2008 by Allan Clair, Tower Body Corporate was built on a commitment to ethical, customer-focused solutions. Under Nikki’s leadership, the company has grown into a leading body corporate management provider in the SEQ region.

Nikki is also the owner of LookUpStrata, Australia’s largest free strata information platform. Her passion for empowering the strata community with knowledge enhances Tower Body Corporate’s value proposition, providing clients with superior service and support.

Nikki assured that her ownership of both companies will not affect their independent operations or commitment to transparency.
